Using Rosary Live

Terms of Service

These Terms govern Rosary Live, a PrayTheRosary.com service that links people to live and recorded Rosary broadcasts and offers optional notifications and community profiles. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Mission and service

Our mission is to help souls grow closer to Jesus through Mary and the Most Holy Rosary. Rosary Live checks the official Facebook Page for broadcast information, links to live and past videos, and sends alerts only through channels a person selects. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental permission for a minor, a parent or guardian must provide it. Do not provide information for another person without their permission.

Accounts and Facebook

You may connect Facebook or enter details directly. Keep access to your account and devices secure. Facebook is a separate service governed by Meta’s terms. Removing Rosary Live in Facebook settings stops future Facebook access but does not automatically delete information already stored by us; use the deletion options below as well.

Email and text-message terms

Each notification program is optional and separately selected. Live alerts vary with our broadcast schedule and are limited to one alert per livestream, up to seven per week. Birthday alerts are limited to one per selected channel each year. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to cancel all texts; reply HELP for help. You may also use your profile settings or contact us. Email messages contain an unsubscribe link. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be delayed by Facebook, carriers, providers, devices, network conditions, or service outages.

Community profiles

Your name and profile picture appear publicly in the Rosary family community only if you choose that option. Do not impersonate someone, upload unlawful material, harass others, attempt to access another account, scrape profiles, disrupt the service, or use community information for marketing. We may remove an entry that creates safety, rights, or integrity concerns.

Broadcasts and third-party links

Facebook hosts the live and recorded videos. Availability, titles, comments, view counts, and links can change or disappear. The “Live now” signal is designed to be near real time but may be delayed or temporarily unknown. Rosary Live does not control Facebook and is not endorsed by Meta.

Spiritual and other disclaimers

Rosary Live offers devotional content and community support. It is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, legal, financial, crisis, or emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local service.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. PrayTheRosary.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party platforms. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

Ending use and deletion

You may stop using the service, unsubscribe, remove Facebook access, or request deletion at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. See Data Deletion for the available methods.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted. Questions may be sent to ed.vizenor@gmail.com with “Rosary Live Terms” in the subject.
